ACCESSIBILITY
STAIRS - ARENA FLOOR
Seating in sections A – P is located on the Arena Floor. All access to these sections is via 31 stairs down to Doors 2/4 or Doors 19/21.
STAIRS - AUDITORIUM
Access to Sections 5 – 32 is via stairs up from the Foyer Level. There are a minimum of 7 stairs up to Row A and a maximum of 46 stairs up to Row P.
Access to Sections 1 – 4 is via stairs down from the Foyer Level. There are a minimum of 3 stairs down to Row GG and a maximum of 15 stairs down to Row AA.
There are no stairs to the wheelchair areas which can be accessed directly from the foyer (ground) level. There are 3 stairs down to the mobility restricted seating in Row GG. For more information on wheelchair and mobility restricted seating please see below.
LIFTS
Please note there is no public lift access down to the arena floor.
MOBILITY RESTRICTED SEATING
Wheelchair and mobility restricted seating is available throughout the auditorium, with seating for accompanying companions. As for all seating in the venue, this area is subject to availability. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Wheelchair access to the venue is available at all external entry points, which are at ground level. All wheelchair and mobility restricted seating areas are accessed from the foyer (ground) level. All concession outlets, food and beverage and merchandise outlets are also located on the foyer level.
ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
Accessible toilets are located at all four corners of the foyer level.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING
Mobility restricted parking is available in the car park, subject to availability at the time of booking. Please contact us on (08) 8208 2222 in advance of the event to reserve your car park. Parking is limited and an entry fee may apply. Patrons’ vehicles must display a valid Disabled Person’s Parking Permit.
HEARING IMPAIRED
Patrons who require hearing assistance can purchase seats in any area and have access to the Deaf SA recommended FM system. Simply bring your own FM receiver and headsets and tune to 88.3FM.
SIGHT IMPAIRED
Patrons with sight impairment who do not wish to sit in general seating areas may purchase seats in our mobility restricted areas to ensure easy access to and from the building. SERVICE ANIMALS
Trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs are always welcome at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
