The following information is provided as an overview of the extensive facilities and services available at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre to enable you to have an enjoyable, care free visit. However, on arrival at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, please do not hesitate to approach our friendly staff if you have any questions or require assistance.

An Automatic Teller Machine is located at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office at the front entry to the venue.
A Baby Change Room is available in the Arena Foyer adjacent to Door 22.
Binoculars are available for hire at the Cloak Room adjacent to Door 22 for Arena events. A security deposit is also required which is refunded upon return of the binocular(s).
Cameras, Videos & Recording Devices
These devices are not permitted in the Arena or Theatre due to copyright laws.

Complimentary earplugs are available from our Cloak Room adjacent to Arena Door 22. Alternatively, please approach our friendly staff if you require earplugs.
First Aid Rooms
The Arena has First Aid rooms adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 at Foyer Level, and another located at Arena Floor Level. The Theatre has a First Aid Room located in its Foyer. Volunteers from the St John's Ambulance staff attend most concerts. Please ask our friendly staff immediately should you or a companion be in need of assistance.
Food & Beverage
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has fixed and mobile food and beverage outlets available for Arena and Theatre concerts within the foyer areas and other public spaces. The Centre offers a wide variety of confectionery, and soft and alcoholic beverages. Food items are limited to baguettes, hot chips, wedges, pizza slices, burgers, hot dogs, pies, pasties, and sausage rolls. The range of product offerings may vary from event to event depending on audience size and event type.
The Arena and Theatre have dedicated merchandise stand/s with EFTPOS facilities to enable you to purchase event related merchandise.

The Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s has a Ticket Office located at the front Entry on Port Road (Please click here to view Location Map). The Ticket Office is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and opens on Event days 2 hours prior to each performance. Pre-purchased tickets may be collected from the Ticket Office.
Male and female toilets are located throughout the venue, including disabled toilets.
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a non-smoking venue and smoking within the venue is prohibited. When possible, the Adelaide Entertainment Centre will nominate a secure outdoor smoking area. Ask our friendly staff for directions.
